Assurance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers critical assurance
disciplines that protect and enable people, data and missions. We

success.What You'll Do:
- Support various business applications for Financial Accounting,
Contracts, Billing, Timesheets, AP Invoicing, Payroll, and Supply
Chain purchasing.
- Collaborate with Information Technology peers and business
users to clarify application requirements, design, and
implementation.
- Apply application development/configuration best practices
including documentation and change management.
- Work closely with Business and Quality Assurance Analyst to
create test plans and ensure that issues are properly identified,
fixed, and tested.
- Perform complex data analysis and deliver data queries or data
change update solutions per internal business requests.
- Provide cyclical support for weekly, monthly, and yearly
financial business system processes and operations.
- Troubleshoot data issues within integrated software packages
and internally developed software.
- Collaborate with ITS infrastructure support personnel as well
as software vendors to resolve problems.
- Provide on-call support for Financial Business Systems on a
rotational basis.
- Foster a professional, positive, and productive work
environment.
- Mentor team members to progress their technical and
professional skills.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within
the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic
Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with
others in order to maintain a positive and productive work
environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.On-Site Work Environment:
This position requires regular in-person engagement by working
on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the
primary work location. Travel and local commute between company
campuses and other possible non-company locations may be

- Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory,
cleanroom, or production floor. #IJSRequired Education, Experience,
& Skills
- Bachelor's in Information Technology or a related technical
field plus 8 or more years related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may
substitute for two years of experience. Related technical
experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be
from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an
agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department
of Education.
- Experience with Java, application interface/integration with
XML web services interfaces, and advanced Oracle PL/SQL
skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, professional, and able to
communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to work under minimal direct supervision.Preferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems,
Information Technology, Accounting, Business or related technical
field plus 8 or more years related experience in government
aerospace accounting.
- Business Process Analyst experience in defining requirements
for solution development.
- Developer skills using Oracle PL/SQL and Java.
- Ability to build customized solutions within vendor framework
tools; familiarity with DelTek Extensibility Designer.
- Experience supporting business software systems, especially ERP
financial systems.
- Financial Accounting application experience; knowledge of
Deltek Costpoint.
- Understanding of Business dataflow for cash flow, invoicing,
payroll, and project cost collection.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel and Pivot
tables for data validations.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$115000 - $158500Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
