8am-5pm MST Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion
for numbers and process improvement? We are currently seeking a
skilled Accounting Coordinator to assist our client. This is a
fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in

in their career. As an Accounting Coordinator , you'll work closely
with internal teams to support accurate financial reporting, handle
essential treasury functions, and maintain integrity across
financial systems. The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible
for tasks such as bank reconciliations, revenue recording, and
balance sheet management. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with
accounting staff to compile, analyze, and report financial data
Prepare timely and accurate bank reconciliations Assist with
monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close processes Support
daily treasury operations and account administration Contribute to
journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses
Perform accounts receivable and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with special projects and various ad hoc duties To thrive as
our Accounting Coordinator , you should bring: A bachelor's degree
in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 1 year in a corporate accounting role Hands-on experience
with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft
Excel Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication
