Job Description:
We are hiring for a Receptionist to work in our office. This
could potentially turn into a Customer Service Representative
position for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
Answering incoming lines for busy insurance Company.
Coordinate prospects through direct mail, company prospect
programs, and personal insurance reviews
Maintain and update information in the company's database
Schedule/confirm appointments for agents
