enjoyed aggressive growth year-over-year. What You’ll Do As an HVAC
Lead Installation Technician , you will provide customer service
that results in repeat business when going into our clients' homes
and replacing residential forced air systems, A/C systems, and
high-efficiency furnaces (retrofit) according to PPRBD
specifications. Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience): 1
year experience as an HVAC Lead Installation Technician Ability to
obtain EPA and Mech 4 within 90 days of the start date Valid
driver's license A clean driving record Able to pass a background
check and drug test Ability to perform physical tasks associated
with installing HVAC systems (lift up to 50 lbs) Adaptability to
constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities
Compensation: Average $70/hour- $90/hour: Plus, a $7,000-hiring
bonus (ask for details) Compensation based on performance measured
