you.This position is responsible for developing and delivering a
training curriculum inclusive of competency and proficiency
evaluation to enhance the effectiveness of direct sales
representatives and distributor representatives within the
commercial organization. Primary responsibility is development of
commercial education content focused on Spine anatomy, surgical
procedures and biologics for commercial channel and HealthCare
ProfessionalsWork effectively in a matrix organizationCoordinating
with current commercial teams that deal with surgeon
customers.Coordinating/facilitating the involvement of other
cross-functional teams (ie. R&D, Sales Operations, Marketing)
as required to establish a successful curriculum.Distill highly
complex clinical evidence into impactful and engaging presentations
for all formats: webinars, livestreams, and in-person
trainings.Sets direction and coordinates with the stakeholders on
implementation of training plans, sales development strategies,
associated growth plans and results.Excellent communication (oral
and written) and presentation skills.Ability to stay up to date on
industry trends, regulations and best practices and continuously
update curriculum to reflect current stateUnderstand adult learning
styles and continuous education techniquesStay current on state of
the art technologies that will enhance content creationDemonstrate
excellent organizational and project management skills with ability
to lead multiple projects autonomously in a hybrid work
environment.Education or Formal Training Required:-- Bachelor's
Degree (B.S. or B.A.)-- 3-5 years of progressive work experience in
education-- Prior experience in orthobiologics
preferred.Qualifications Required: (knowledge, skills, abilities,
initiative, judgment, etc.)-- Must be able to effectively
communicate (both verbally and writing) in individual and group
situations.-- Skilled in developing PowerPoint presentations for
webinars, Livestreams, podcasts, and in-person trainings.--
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook-- Experience in planning and organizing group training
meetings.-- Extensive amount of objective and subjective
decision-making, and use of judgment in non-routine situations.--
Ability to manage multiple projects from planning to prioritization
to meet business needs.-- Ability to analyze and resolve work
problems . Require ongoing coordination, communication, and/or team
problem solving between departments or functional areas for work
