Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide physical therapy services across multiple K-12 school sites within a dynamic school district in Englewood, CO. The role involves supporting students with physical and multiple disabilities, ranging from mild to severe, ensuring each child receives the specialized care necessary for their educational success. Key responsibilities include: Delivering physical therapy services to approximately 55 students across six school locations. Covering full-time hours for leave coverage from early April through late May. Utilizing expertise in pediatric mobility equipment to support student needs. Collaborating closely with educators and families to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Providing comprehensive documentation and progress reporting, including IEP development and updates. Traveling between multiple sites, with Physical Therapy Assistants assigned to support the largest schools. Desired qualifications and experience: Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification for physical therapy. Previous experience working within Colorado schools. Strong knowledge of IEP writing and familiarity with pediatric mobility equipment. Ability to manage a diverse student population, from preschool through high school. Location: Englewood, CO (covering sites in the surrounding school district).
