Job Description Job Description We are looking for a talented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the school year. K-5th Students Self-contained classroom run by a BCBA Trained in SBT (skill-based therapy) is preferred Hourly Rate Range: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour Responsibilities would include: Collect accurate session data and track progress toward goals Support positive behavior interventions and social skill development Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure consistency Maintain professional and ethical standards as outlined by the BACB Required Qualifications: Active RBT certification CPR/First Aid certification Trained in SBT (skill-based therapy) is preferred Fingerprint Clearance & Background Check required.
