Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity offers a meaningful role as a Special
Education Teacher serving K-12 students in Aurora, Colorado. The
position follows a contract schedule for the current school year,
providing a dedicated 4-day workweek from Tuesday through Friday,
with hours from 7:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This role is ideal for
educators committed to supporting diverse learners in a dynamic
school environment. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver tailored
instruction and support to K-12 students with special education
needs. - Collaborate with paraeducators and other support staff to
enhance student learning experiences. - Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and
district guidelines. - Monitor student progress and adjust teaching
strategies to meet diverse learning goals. - Participate in
school-based meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications: - Valid Colorado Special Education teaching
license. - Experience working with a broad range of K-12 special
education students. - Strong knowledge of special education laws,
strategies, and best practices. - Effective communication and
collaboration skills for working with students, families, and
educational teams. - Ability to work onsite with willingness to
participate in an in-person interview. Location and Work

Compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $57.00.
