Job Description:
UCHealth is inviting new graduates to apply for our tailored RN
Residency Program in the picturesque Southern Colorado region. As a

Participate actively in our comprehensive 12-month residency
training program. Provide high-quality and compassionate nursing
care in accordance with patient care standards and safety
guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams to
facilitate comprehensive patient care. Engage in learning
assessments to determine progression and personal career interests.
Utilize technology and resources to effectively implement patient
care plans. Participate in peer support and continuous educational
activities to enhance nursing practice. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in using healthcare software and patient
management systems. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare
environment. Capacity for empathy and a patient-centered approach
to care. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Must have passed the NCLEX-RN or be scheduled to
take the exam. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
approved by the American Heart Association or American Red
Cross.
