Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A short-term contract
opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
to support preschool-aged children in an educational setting in
Boulder, Colorado. This role focuses on providing behavioral
support and intervention for young learners aged 3 to 5 years old,
with bilingual skills preferred to enhance communication and
service delivery. Location: Boulder, CO Assignment Details:
Contract duration: March 30th, 2026 to April 24th, 2026 Preschool
program, serving 3-5 year olds Morning session: 7:50 AM to 10:50 AM
(17 students) Afternoon session: 11:50 AM to 2:50 PM (13 students)
Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans designed
for young children. Collaborate with Behavior Specialists and other
educational staff to support individualized goals. Monitor and
document student progress and behavior consistently. Utilize
bilingual skills to effectively communicate with students and
families when applicable. Maintain a safe, structured, and
supportive classroom environment. Desired Qualifications:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Experience working with preschool-aged children in behavioral
roles. Bilingual abilities strongly preferred to support diverse
student populations. Strong understanding of applied behavior
analysis (ABA) techniques. Excellent communication and
