Description:Continuum of Colorado has an opening to be our next Regional Manager of Residential. As our Regional Manager of Residential, you'll get to oversee the day-to-day operations and direction of our residential sites, including managing a team of two supervisors who oversee around 20 DSPs who staff the sites.The Regional Manager of Residential provides oversight to five residential sites, assuring the effective operation of programs that provide quality services to individuals according to each individual's choice. This role assures health and safety of individuals through provision of quality services, and by ensuring follow through with established protocols and/or procedures. This position is a remote hybrid position, which allows for flexibility.
