Description:Continuum of Colorado has an opening to be our next
Regional Manager of Residential. As our Regional Manager of
Residential, you'll get to oversee the day-to-day operations and
direction of our residential sites, including managing a team of
two supervisors who oversee around 20 DSPs who staff the sites.The
Regional Manager of Residential provides oversight to five
residential sites, assuring the effective operation of programs
that provide quality services to individuals according to each
individual's choice. This role assures health and safety of
individuals through provision of quality services, and by ensuring
follow through with established protocols and/or procedures. This
position is a remote hybrid position, which allows for flexibility.

Services related field required; commensurate experience in the
Developmental Disabilities field may be considered/substituted; a
master's degree preferredA minimum, of five (5) years of experience
working with individuals with Developmental and Intellectual
Disabilities or in a similar field is requiredFour (4) years
management, including supervisory experience is requiredWorking
knowledge of the Colorado Department of Public Health and
Environment (CDPHE) rules and regulations preferredWork flexible
hours, as neededAbility to do on-site visitsAbility to be on a
rotating on-call scheduleValid Colorado driver's license and proof
of auto insuranceReliable means of transportation other than mass

and state/federal regulatory guidelines are met as

date on critical decisions/issuesDirects activities of Residential
Supervisors (RS) who manage daily program operations; provides

hiring employees as appropriate; makes sure new employees receive
required and adequate trainingConduct interviews, make hiring
decisions, and train new employees on job dutiesCoach employees,
through modeling and training, to implement Person Centered
Thinking strategiesEnsure employees follow agency policies and
proceduresAssists the Senior Director with creating budgets for
each facilityManages budgets and approves expenditures; makes sure
team members are aware of budgetary goals and
constraintsAppropriately works with state regulatory agencies
(HCPF, CDPHE, etc.) in a positive manner; assists in the
development of corrective actions and implements them timely and as
requestedDemonstrates ability to work cooperatively and
collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals both within and
