The mission of the clinic is to provide the patients with compassionate, high quality cardiovascular care in a cost-effective fashion!Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews, vital sign monitoring, and symptom evaluation, to develop individualized care plans.
• Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and patient education regarding medication use and potential side effects.
• Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with education on cardiovascular and vascular conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborative Care: Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, surgeons, and other medical professionals, to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor patient progress, assess the effectiveness of interventions, and make necessary adjustments to the care plan.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, following established protocols and providing life-saving interventions as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining a safe and sterile environment for patient care.

    • Current RN License: Must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado.
    • BLS and ACLS Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
    • Experience: Previous experience in cardiovascular or critical care nursing is preferred.
    • Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
