Description: Summary: St. Anthony North's Gastroenterology team is looking for locums support. They need help with GI call coverage for acute/inpatient needs at a level 3 trauma center. Candidates must be able to perform ERCP to be considered. BID DUE DATE: Aug 5th at 5p EST!Malpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 275 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly 550 - Per hour not OT Holiday 825 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT Nightly Call 585 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis Holiday Nightly Call - 877.50 - Per night call to hold the pager to include 2.5 hoursgratis On Call Daily 4100 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis 24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 6150 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back 550 Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. Virtual training must be completed at least one week prior to the providers first day.
