Registered Nurse trained in Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) who

comprehensive nursing care, applying your skills to support
newborns with critical health needs. This contract role offers the

multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: - Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for
neonatal patients - Perform ongoing health assessments through data
collection and monitoring - Provide health teaching and counseling
to families and patients - Administer supportive and restorative
therapies and treatments under protocol and delegation - Execute
delegated medical functions and monitor treatment plans closely -
Refer patients for further evaluation or specialized treatment as
necessary - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in alignment
with regulatory guidelines - Assist with resource utilization to
optimize patient outcomes - Support organizational values and
service standards - Float to other departments when needed based on
competencies - Participate in on-call duties during scheduled
shifts as required Qualifications and Desired Experience: - Current
and unrestricted RN license with NICU nursing experience -
Expertise in independent nursing functions and neonatal patient
care - Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with
effective communication abilities - Ability to work collaboratively
in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to adapt to floating
