Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Urgent Care Discipline: Nurse Practitioner Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Local Contract Job Description: Supplemental Health Care is seeking an Urgent Care and Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner in Fort Collins a 13-week assignment at a partnering occupational health and urgent care center. Urgent Care and Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner Contract Details $80- $90 an hour 13-week contract with possibility to extend Shift: Monday - Friday / 8am to 5pm / 40 hours / open to 4 days per week Must have a DOT Certification Must have at least 1-2 years experience in an urgent care or occupational health setting Must be comfortable seeing all ages Duties include: -Diagnose and treat work-related injuries -perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies. -Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis. -Perform in-office procedures, communicate with employers and provide medical guidance. -Exhibit Orange Book characteristics including welcoming, skillful and respectful behaviors at all times. -Completes all documentation in a timely and appropriate manner. Qualifications: -Current Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licensure in Washington BLS DEA in Washington Experience: 1 year of recent relevant experience Board Certified/ Board Eligible Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel DOT certification What We Offer: Full medical, dental, vision, life, and even pet insurance!
