Central Service Technician (CRCST) via HSPA Must-Have: - 2 years of
experience in sterile processing - Proficiency in decontamination,
sterilization, assembly, and HLD Description: The hiring process
will involve reviewing your candidate profile. If a good fit, the
candidate will be sent directly to the manager for an interview.
Candidates are required to submit their driver's license. Please
ensure that clinicians are present in-state for the designated week
of orientation, even if the first day modules are remote. The unit
will cover trauma cases and the associated numbers of surgical
suits. Experience with common equipment for disinfection and
sterilization such as Steris, Sterilization VPro, and Medivator is
essential. The position does not allow for self-scheduling or block
scheduling. There are no weeknight, weekend, or holiday call
requirements. No floating requirements are associated with this
position. Hospital scrubs will be provided. An orientation week
will include 1-2 preceptor shifts. The cancellation policy allows
the hospital to cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week
assignment. The charting system utilized is EPIC. This role does
not require a BSN. This is a level 1 trauma care setting within an
