Responsibilities: The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) (Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant) will function as a full-time
provider delivering high-quality, patient-centered Primary Care and
Urgent Care services in a hybrid outpatient clinic setting. This
role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of
acute and chronic medical conditions across diverse patient
populations while maintaining efficiency in a high-volume clinical
environment. The APP will independently manage patient care within
their scope of practice, including performing comprehensive medical
histories and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting
diagnostic tests, developing and implementing treatment plans,
prescribing medications, and providing patient education and
counseling. Providers will manage both episodic urgent care visits
and scheduled primary care appointments, with an emphasis on
evidence-based clinical decision-making and continuity of care as
appropriate. Clinical responsibilities include performing common
urgent care and primary care procedures such as laceration repairs,
incision and drainage (I&D), ingrown toenail removals,
splinting when indicated, and interpretation of X-rays and 12-lead
EKGs. The APP will work collaboratively with on-site medical
assistants, X-ray technicians, and front desk staff to ensure
efficient clinic flow, patient safety, and a positive patient
experience. The provider is responsible for timely, accurate, and
thorough documentation of all patient encounters in the electronic
medical record (EMR) in accordance with clinic policies, regulatory
standards, and quality benchmarks. Participation in quality
improvement initiatives, adherence to established clinical
protocols, and ongoing collaboration with clinical leadership are
expected. The APP may participate in an optional on-call or backup
coverage system, with providers self-selecting available days to
support clinic operations as needed. This role requires strong
clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced outpatient environment with variable patient volumes.

Permanent – Full Time Shift/Work Schedule: Schedule: Full-time
(30–40 hours/week) assigned based on clinic needs; includes 8-hour
Primary Care shifts (including UC walk-ins) and 10–12 hour Urgent
Care shifts with a minimum of one weekend shift per week Work
Hours: Primary Care: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Urgent Care: 8:00 AM – 8:00
PM Call Schedule: No call required but on-call/backup coverage
available; providers self-select available days. Start Date: ASAP
Facility Type: Urgent Care Clinic Clinical Setting: Outpatient
Patients Per day : Primary Care: 25 patients/day (8 hours) or
Urgent Care: 45 patients/day (12 hours) Procedures required:
Laceration repairs, incision and drainage (I&Ds), ingrown
toenail removals, interpretation of X-rays and 12-lead EKGs Support
Staff (if applicable): On-site medical assistants, X-ray
technicians, and front desk support Credentialing Time Frame: 3-4
weeks Location Information: Denver: Speer, Highlands, West Colfax,
Five Points, Park Hill, City Park, University Hills, Leetsdale,
Glendale, Cherry Creek, Aurora, Havana. Current Locations with an
opening: Leetsdale and City Park with University Hills later this
year. Credentialing and Licensing Requirements: Appropriate
advanced practice certification NP: BSN plus MSN or DNP with a
population focus (e.g., Family, Adult)PA: Graduate of an accredited
Physician Assistant program. Current and unrestricted Colorado
medical license. Unrestricted Colorado DEA license with authority
to prescribe controlled substances BLS or ACLS certification
required. Board Certification NP: AANP or ANCC certification PA:
NCCPA certification (PANCE exam), DOT certification required within
3 months of hire date. Willing to accept new grad: No new grads.
Minimum experience required (PA: 2 years and NP: 1 year) Willing to
wait for State Medical License? Yes, will wait for provider to
obtain a CO license. Base Salary/Total compensation range: $60/hr
(base) $15/hr (target bonus), and $10 (weekend differential). The
target bonus is not capped at 100%, so some providers are regularly
earning over $100 per hour. For reference, the average bonus
achievement of the provider team for 2025 was 233%. Bonus
structure: A guaranteed minimum of 100% bonus for the first three
months. Bonuses are tied to a mix of volume (patients seen/charges)
and quality (NPS, Google reviews) After successful integration and
consistently high-performance scores, we may offer you a promotion
to a salaried position with a higher overall compensation Benefits
Offered: Health, dental, vision, long and short-term disability,
and a 401K plan with a guaranteed match of up to 3%, and a 50%
match of up to 5% will be provided in accordance with company’s
plans. PTO 3 weeks per year. You will have free access to UpToDate
with CME allowance of $1,500 per year which accrues at a rate of
$125 each month. Hiring Process: Virtual interview and on-site

preferences: Primary and Urgent care experience strongly preferred,
Comfort with high patient volume and weekend or holiday rotation
would be expected.
