Job Description:

our Emergency Department. Located across Colorado, UCHealth stands

looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to
lead our emergency department team, ensuring effective patient care
and fostering an environment of clinical excellence and innovation.
Oversee the nursing staff and coordinate the daily activities of
the Emergency Department to ensure efficient operations. Assess
patient care needs and prioritize treatment as necessary. Implement
and evaluate policies to improve the quality of care and ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations. Mentor and train new staff,
providing feedback and performance reviews to help with
development. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare
professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Manage
departmental staffing needs and assist in the hiring and retention
of qualified nurses. Ensure all patient records and documentation
are maintained accurately. Strong leadership skills and ability to
manage a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven capabilities in emergency nursing and crisis management
Ability to make quick and accurate assessments of patient
conditions Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation
standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Colorado BLS/ACLS
certified TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) certification is a plus
