As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will provide essential leadership, guidance, and expertise in the nursing field, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and compliance with healthcare standards during nocturnal hours. Supervise and mentor nursing staff during night shifts, ensuring adherence to established policies and highest care standards. Evaluate patient care procedures and make recommendations for improvements. Manage patient care emergencies effectively, collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Ensure efficient patient flow and resource allocation. Provide clinical training and support to nursing staff as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
