Job Description:

Ambulatory Float Pool. This role is integral to ensuring high
quality patient care across various outpatient facilities. The
ideal candidate will be flexible, thriving in diverse clinical

work in multiple specialties, enhancing your skills and
contributing to our community's health dynamically. Provide nursing
care and support across various outpatient clinics within UCHealth
facilities Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and
maintain accurate health records. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Adapt to
varying clinical environments and uphold healthcare excellence.
Educate patients and families on health care needs, conditions, and
options. Strong clinical skills in a variety of medical settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
using electronic health record systems Ability to manage time
effectively and adapt to changing environments Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR
certification with the American Heart Association or equivalent
Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed.
