Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our adult patients in
their homes. This position offers you the unique opportunity to

ones by delivering personalized nursing care. The ideal candidate
will have a patient-first approach, able to manage a diverse range
of medical and personal tasks to assist our patients in maintaining
the best possible quality of life. Provide basic medical care,
including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and
giving injections as required Compile patient health information
and maintain accurate records of treatment Educate patients and
their families on health plans and home care management Coordinate
with physicians and other healthcare professionals to update
patient care plans Ensure that the health and safety needs of
patients are met and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness
and hygiene Respond promptly to patient emergencies Clinical
nursing and patient care Effective communication and interpersonal
skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability
to multitask in a dynamic home care environment Knowledge of
administering medication and performing basic health monitoring
Empathetic and compassionate understanding of patient needs Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid
LPN license in the state of employment CPR and BLS certified
Driver’s license and reliable transportation
