Job Description:
UCHealth, a leader in patient-centered care across Colorado, is
seeking a dedicated and innovative Travel RN Quality for our
Virtual Health Center. This position allows for high-impact work in
multiple settings, ensuring patient care continuity and compliance
with quality standards. The successful candidate will be part of a
team expanding access and effectiveness through virtual health
services, using cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional care
delivery. This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, quality
assurance skills, and a passion for transformative healthcare.
Perform patient assessments and deliver care, utilizing virtual
health technologies. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals
to ensure comprehensive patient care. Implement and monitor patient
care plans and quality assurance measures. Provide patient and
family education on health-related needs using virtual platforms.
Compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and UCHealth’s
standards of care. Travel between various UCHealth locations as
needed. Strong clinical and telehealth skills. Ability to manage
multiple case loads efficiently. Proficiency with digital
communication and healthcare technologies. Excellent critical
thinking and decision-making abilities. Superb interpersonal and
communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Colorado. Certification in Healthcare Quality
(CPHQ) preferred.
