UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to join our ICU Float Pool within our renowned health system in Colorado. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of care and resilience across multiple ICU units, adapting to various critical care environments. The role is designed for a versatile nursing professional passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, who thrives in dynamic settings, and can seamlessly transition between different ICU settings based on staffing needs. This position offers the opportunity to work across the best-equipped facilities in the region, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients across multiple ICUs. Adjust quickly to the protocols and patient care standards of each assigned unit. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure consistent patient care. Engage in continuous education to maintain competence in multiple critical care environments. Monitor patient conditions and communicate with care teams for timely intervention. Strong ability to adapt to new environments and teams quickly. Exceptional clinical skills in a critical care setting. Proficient in using medical software and patient care technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
