Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced OR Nurse
Manager to lead our dynamic perioperative team. At UCHealth, we are

healthcare environment. As an OR Nurse Manager, you will be pivotal
in managing the operational, financial, and personnel performance
of the surgical services department. This role demands a keen focus
on ensuring high standards of patient care, optimizing operational
workflows, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee
the daily operations of the surgical services department, ensuring
compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage
staffing requirements, including hiring, training, and performance
evaluations. Develop and implement policies and procedures that
improve efficiency and quality of care. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to foster an environment of
patient safety and satisfaction. Prepare and manage the budget for
the surgical department, ensuring resource availability. Monitor
and continuously improve patient care through quality improvement
initiatives. Strong leadership and organizational skills In-depth
knowledge of surgical procedures and operating room protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using
medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR)
