Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Denver, CO Agency: Lancesoft Inc. Pay: $1,900 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Position / Specialty: CST Shift: 3x12s Years of experience REQ: 2 years exp in level 1 trauma OR. Level 1 trauma exp required within recent 1 years. First-timers accepted: Yes Certs REQ: CO DORA state license, NBSTSA, BLS (AHA) Is on-call REQ? Yes - call shifts/6 weeks Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Inpatient/outpatient OR between Pav A and Pav L Shift Flips can occur 1 week every 4 weeks during contract, as the unit needs Special Requirements: Functions as a scrub tech for minor/ major/ complex surgical procedures; anticipates surgical team needs; appropriately maintains sterile field and sterile processes; pulls according to Preference Card; has appropriate instrumentation and supplies; facilitates room turnover. Performs surgical counts under supervision of the RN. Follows and consults other team members regarding departmental policies when the policy is in question.
