Provide direct nursing care in a diverse environment across various hospitals within the labor and delivery unit. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care needs for laboring mothers and newborns. Engage in patient and family teaching related to prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care. Monitor patient vital signs and health conditions and respond appropriately to complications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain flexibility to move between different hospital settings as required by the float pool system. Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments and teams. Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
