Intermountain Healthcare invites applications for the role of CT
Technologist Weekend at our flagship facility. This position is
crucial for providing expert medical imaging in a supportive and
patient-focused environment. As a dedicated weekend CT
Technologist, you’ll be working alongside top professionals in a
technologically advanced setting, supporting patient diagnosis and
care with precision and empathy. This role is ideal for those
passionate about utilizing innovative imaging technologies to aid
in patient care, and who enjoy working in a dynamic,
patient-centered healthcare system. Operate computerized tomography
(CT) scanners to produce images of patients’ medical conditions.
Analyze and evaluate the scans to ensure quality and accuracy to
aid diagnosis. Collaborate with radiologists to determine proper
imaging techniques and ensure diagnostic quality. Provide clear
instructions to patients during scanning procedures to ensure
safety and effectiveness. Maintain patient safety and
confidentiality adhering to healthcare regulations and standards.
Document all procedures and maintain accurate work logs and patient
records. Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of CT
equipment. Proficiency with CT imaging equipment and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent patient
communication and empathetic customer service skills. Ability to
work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to
detail and ability to multitask effectively. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid
certification from the American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists (ARRT). State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist,
if applicable.
