This vital role involves coordinating organ allocation and triage activities to ensure optimal matching and distribution, according to established medical guidelines and protocols. The position requires close collaboration with physicians, surgeons, and transplant teams to facilitate effective and efficient organ transplant processes, while maintaining compliance with national standards. Coordinate organ allocation processes in real-time to match donors with recipients. Ensure compliance with medical guidelines and standards set by regulatory bodies. Collaborate with medical teams to facilitate efficient transplant surgeries. Maintain accurate records of all organ allocations and outcomes. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including families, about the organ transplant process. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and organ allocation strategies. Train and supervise support staff on best practices and procedural updates. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in medical software and database management Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) preferred. Valid nursing license or relevant professional certification.
