UCHealth, a leader in patient-centered healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Acute Care-Virtual Quality Center. In this innovative role, the RN will leverage their expertise in acute care within a virtual setting to manage patient care standards across our facilities. The successful candidate will be vital in ensuring the adherence to the highest quality of healthcare delivery by remotely monitoring patient status, providing clinical support, and facilitating interventions when necessary. This position requires a professional who is proficient in handling complex clinical data, sharp in making clinical assessments, and skilled in working within a fast-paced, technologically driven environment. Monitor patient care services and outcomes using virtual healthcare platforms. Collaborate with healthcare teams to tailor care plans based on collected data and observed trends. Engage in continuous education and training on the latest in acute care and virtual healthcare technologies. Provide timely interventions based on patient monitoring data and clinical judgements. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in a virtual setting. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to foster advancements in virtual acute care. Proficiency in virtual healthcare platforms Strong clinical judgement and critical thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage complex data and use clinical information systems Adaptability to rapidly changing technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
