Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel RN
Ortho/Spine Nights to join our dynamic team in Colorado. This role
focuses on providing specialized nursing care for orthopedic and
spine patients in a state-of-the-art environment. As part of a
nonprofit health system, you are central to enhancing patient
outcomes and delivering compassionate care at our leading hospitals
and outpatient facilities. This position requires travel between
facilities in the system, supporting our commitment to
comprehensive health solutions and high standards of patient care.
Provide expert care and treatment to patients within the orthopedic
and spine specialty. Assess patient condition and plan, implement,
and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the
healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments timely and
according to policy. Provide direct and individualized nursing care
based on the application of scientific nursing principles. Monitor,
record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate. Travel
between multiple facilities to ensure continuity of care and meet
the needs of patients across the system. Strong orthopedic and
spine care knowledge and skills. Proficiency in using electronic
health record systems. Ability to work effectively within an
interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of
Colorado. BLS/CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred.
