Job Description:

UCHealth is actively seeking a dedicated RN CVOR to join our team at our state-of-the-art facilities. In this role, the RN CVOR will work within our cardiovascular operating rooms, collaborating with surgeons and healthcare professionals to provide meticulous care to patients undergoing cardiac surgeries. This position requires a high degree of skill, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Assist in cardiovascular surgeries and procedures, ensuring all sterile techniques and safety protocols are followed. Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after surgery, providing timely updates to the surgical team. Administer medications, apply dressings, and monitor patient recovery and vital signs post-operation. Maintain patient records with accuracy, detailing all surgical interventions, patient responses, and medication administered. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, adhering strictly to UCHealth protocols and procedures. Proficient in cardiovascular patient management Adept in operating room protocols and sterile procedures Strong clinical skills in a high-stress environment Excellent teamwork and communication abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado BLS/ACLS Certification CNOR Certification preferred
