Job Description:

dedicated Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician to join our
dynamic laboratory team in Aurora, CO. This role is crucial for our
commitment to providing top-tier healthcare, specializing in a
variety of medical procedures and emergency care. As part of our
lab team, you will play a key role in analyzing biological samples
and contributing to our drive for excellence and compassionate
care. The ideal candidate will possess a detailed-oriented approach
to their work, commitment to accuracy, and proficiency in the
latest laboratory technologies and methodologies. Conduct clinical
tests and experiments using standard medical lab equipment. Analyze
and record data from biological, chemical, immuno-hematological,
bacteriological, and microscopic tests. Prepare reagents and
samples for use in testing. Contribute to the maintenance and
calibration of laboratory equipment. Work closely with physicians
and healthcare professionals to discuss testing outcomes. Ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS) Strong
analytical and decision-making skills Detail-oriented with high
precision in test execution Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Ability to manage and prioritize tasks
efficiently Knowledge of health and safety protocols Medical

Certification from the American Medical Technologists (AMT) or
