Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
HR Representative to join our team. Your primary role will be to
support the HR department in all aspects, including recruitment,
staff orientation, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who is detail-oriented, has
excellent communication skills, and is well-versed with HR
functions and procedures. The goal is to ensure that HR operations
will be carried out smoothly and effectively to support our
company’s overall mission and goals. The ideal candidate is a
self-starter, extremely organized, detail oriented and a strong
communicator. A desire to learn and grow with the company is a
necessity. This position handles a variety of tasks related to
organizational staffing, training, employee relations, and benefits
administration. This is a full-time position and NOT REMOTE. This

AGENCY Paid Leave Responsibilities Perform duties related to HR
using Excel, Word and PowerPoint Administratively support the
Directors and Admin Team Coordinate with legal, vendors,
subcontractors and candidates Ensure employee records compliance
and HR SOPs are followed Support the maintenance of employee job
descriptions, compensation, evaluations, and promotions Filing and
archiving Assist with recruitment processes by posting jobs,
reviewing resumes, conducting screenings and initial interviews
Provide information and assistance to employees regarding human
resources activities, policies, processes, and procedures
Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
Maintain personnel records and ensuring they are up to date and
compliant with laws and regulations Assist with employee engagement
activities and events to foster a positive work environment
Coordinate and administer employee benefits, such as health
insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies Assist with the
resolution of human resources issues and conflicts Help in the
development and implementation of human resources policies and
procedures Process and manage paperwork related to hiring,
termination, and changes in employee roles or statuses Required
Skills Previous experience in the HR field Exemplary planning,
organizational, and time management skills Excellent written and
verbal communication skills Understanding and experience with
unemployment claims and health insurance for employees Excellent
communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, HR software
Self-motivated, reliable with a high level of flexibility Desire to
be a team player and strong contributor
