Job Description:
The Staff Pad has partnered with one of Colorado’s largest
accounts receivable management companies to hire an experienced
Application Developer to join their Information Technology team.
This role plays a critical part in supporting, enhancing, and
implementing business applications—most notably Artiva HCX , which
is required for consideration. As an Application Developer, you'll
work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve technical
issues, manage application upgrades, and help drive forward new
development initiatives. If you're a proactive problem-solver who
enjoys building scalable solutions and improving system

impact. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain existing
applications by adhering to established development standards and
procedures. Manage and resolve technical support tickets for
assigned applications. Collaborate with the Project Management
Office and internal stakeholders to meet project goals and
timelines. Translate business requirements into technical solutions
and functional application features. Build, configure, test, and
deploy custom enhancements using tools like Artiva, .NET, and
JavaScript. Stay up-to-date with new product releases and actively
explore applicable features. Conduct thorough testing (unit,
integration, functional, and non-functional) prior to deployment.
Execute system upgrades including planning, testing, and
implementation of new versions. Evaluate and refactor existing
applications for improved performance and user experience. Document
code and create handbooks to ensure clear understanding of system
architecture. Mentor technical support specialists and assist with
overflow support tickets when needed. Requirements Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience. Experience with Artiva
HCX is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced
environment. Experience with application development throughout the
full lifecycle is preferred. Familiarity with programming languages
such as .NET and JavaScript is a plus. Passion for continuous
learning and staying current with emerging technologies. Work
Environment & Physical Requirements Standard office setting with
moderate noise, even temperatures, and consistent lighting.
Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and lift up
to 25 lbs. Close and distance vision required. Ability to drive a
