candidate will be located in /near Westminster, CO, on a three day
a week hybrid schedule. Vantor’s Platform Engineering team is
growing and we’re looking for a Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to
support the build, deployment, and operations of the Vantor Hub
software suite. This team falls within Vantor’s Customer Platform
and Product Delivery organization, working on a unified platform
powering applications used by all of Vantor’s customers. We’re
looking for a candidate that is inspired by working with a talented
group of world-class engineers, scaling our development efforts,
and partnering with product to i ter ate and deliver exceptional
products. Day to day the team designs, develops, and supports a
wide range of custom and third-party software solutions deployed in
AWS, oversees dozens of AWS accounts between commercial and
government environments, and guides DevOps best practices. We work
with hundreds of Vantor engineers to quickly and securely build ,
test, and release software changes into our various commercial and
government AWS environments. This software and adjacent services
are critical to the overall velocity of the organization and allows
our teams to introduce business value rapidly without sacrificing
quality or security. As a DevO ps Engineer, you will play a key
role in enhancing our infrastructure and automating our deployment
processes. You will collaborate closely with our development and
operations teams to streamline our development workflows, improve
system reliability, and optimize performance. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our software
projects. Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of
cloud-based infrastructure using tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and
Terraform. Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure,
deployment, and performance. Responsible for the ' ilities ':
availability, scalability, maintainability, reliability, and
securability of our services. Continuously evaluate and recommend
improvements to our DevOps processes and tools. Participate in an
on-call rotation – 1 week on approximately every 1 0 weeks Minimum
requirements for this position: Proven experience designing,
implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Strong proficiency
with Amazon Web Services Strong proficiency with containerization
technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Strong proficiency with
infrastructure as code ( IaC ) tools like Terraform and
CloudFormation Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python,
Bash, or PowerShell Solid understanding of networking concepts and
protocols Experience running Postgres databases on K8 s
infrastructure The ability to communicate and collaborate with team
members and other colleagues Must be U.S. citizen Nice to Have:
Experience with high availability systems and database replication
Experience with microservices architectures Success delivering and
maintaining complex software systems in production environments
Experience automating infrastructure with zero downtime deployments
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus,
Grafana, ELK stack Familiarity with configuration management tools
like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef Certification in relevant
technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified
Kubernetes Administrator) Pay Transparency: In support of pay

the salary range provided below and is determined based on
job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience,
qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and

experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the
position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay
range. ? The base pay for this position within Colorado is:
$102,000.00 - $170,000.00 annually. ? The base pay for this
position within New Jersey is: $102,000.00 - $170,000.00 annually.
? The base pay for this position within Delaware is: $102,000.00 -
$170,000.00 annually. ? The base pay for this position within the
Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $113,000.00 - $188,000.00
annually. ? The base pay for this position within California is:
$117,000.00 - $171,600.00 annually. For all other states, we use
geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven
ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may
