Developer Role: We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft
Developer to join our IT Solutions team. As a MuleSoft Developer,
you will work hands designing, developing, and implementing API
services to solve mission-critical challenges using MuleSoft’s
Anypoint Platform for our Marketing, Sales, Service, Billing and
Network Engineering applications. We have an extensive portfolio of
world-class platforms: Salesforce, Marketo, MuleSoft, Oracle JD
Edwards, Lenel, FNT and RFCode. As a Mulesoft Developer, you will
provide valuable input and development on MuleSoft implementation
projects, develop solutions on standard methodologies for
on-premise, cloud, and hybrid integration, and API management.
Essential Functions: Develop and test solutions to integrate with
disparate business services. Validate, test, and implement new
products and/or applications and modules and/or features within
application, application releases, and services. Research and
analyze technology to apply best practices to design solutions.
Collaborate with the MuleSoft team, and Enterprise Solution
Architect, and technical groups to review, design, and implement
requirements and strategies. Create and maintain documentation
related to services, solutions, and interfaces. Demonstrate,
promote, and comply with secure and patterned coding practices.
Train and mentor other personnel. Promote and demonstrate behaviors
consistent with CoreSite's culture and core values. Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to thrive in a hybrid work
environment that consists of at least two onsite days per week.
Able to work during normal business hours as well as nights or
weekends as needed to support deployments and maintenance windows.
Critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present
solutions that are consistent with objectives and strategy.
Knowledge of end-to-end administration of MuleSoft infrastructure
for the cloud/on-premise. Understanding of API lifecycle
development. Familiarity with firewall whitelisting and/or
configuration. Solid understanding of security admin maintain
client identification and secret for applications registered on API
proxy. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Able to
manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Able to communicate highly complex technical information clearly
and articulately for all levels and audiences. Willingness to learn
new technologies/tools and train others. Communicate effectively
and frequently, verbally and in writing, with others. Collaborate
with teammates to aid, share expertise, and receive input and
direction from others to deliver the best solution and experience
for end users. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or a related field strongly
preferred. At least 7 years of developer experience with at least 3
years of experience using of MuleSoft architecture and full
lifecycle implementation of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API
Management and Messaging. Experience delivering in a variety of
development frameworks (Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, Kanban, etc.).
At least 4 years’ experience doing routine admin activities, e.g.,
Server restart, API restart, deployment. Experience with Load
Balancer configuration and maintenance for Cloud/on-premise.
Experience in new product development within the telecommunications
or data center industries, with a solid understanding of
network-based products, strongly preferred. Physical Demands: The

Compensation for this role includes a base salary between $120,000
and $140,000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual
bonus and equity, based upon individual and company performance.
