Responsibilities:
--- Talk with potential clients about their case
--- Following up with potential new clients about their case
--- Explaining to potential clients about our fee agreement.
--- Respond to calls and emails immediately and without delay
--- Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing
--- Competency with Microsoft Office products
--- Ability to organize, monitor, and track numerous activities, events, and projects
--- Ability to quickly solve problems
--- Strong attention to detail
--- Discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information
--- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
--- Ability to work under pressure in a fluid environment
--- A positive attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
--- Ability to work independently under tight time constraints
--- Downtime, will be assisting marketing team in looking for potential marketing opportunities such as events, volunteering, etc. as well as scheduling.

Qualifications:

Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
--- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
--- Must have a valid driver's license
--- Must be a notary

About Company:
This job is full-time.

Saturday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Sunday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

3 days out of the week, the hours will be from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
