Job Description:
The primary goal of this role is to oversee and supervise
nursing care delivery, ensuring compliance with all relevant
regulations and standards to meet residents' medical, psychosocial,
and spiritual needs effectively.
Plans, organizes, and directs resident care according to physician
orders and interdisciplinary plans.
Supervises staff, manages resident assessments, and ensures quality
care delivery.
Performs clinical duties such as administering treatments, IV
therapy, and blood draws while maintaining infection control and
safety practices.
Participates in administrative functions including hiring,
training, scheduling, and policy review.
Ensures documentation accuracy, maintains confidentiality, and
promotes a positive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications include a valid nursing license, prior long-term
care experience, CPR certification, and strong communication,
organizational, and clinical skills.
