This work will be on-site at our Aurora, CO campus.What You Will Do

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, Lead Systems Engineers (LSEs), and MBSE POCs
• Act as a key interface with customers and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and relationship management
• Own and maintain RFC (Request for Change) and bid library updates, supporting new business initiatives
• Support and represent the company in external working groups
• Guide teams through major technical and organizational changes
• Contribute to system design, integration, and test efforts, particularly in satellite and ground systems
• Drive technical strategy and process improvements across programsQualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
  • Active Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Experience with systems engineering lifecycle, roles and functions, with specific experience in one or more of the following areas: operations concept development, requirements management, functional analysis/synthesis, interface definition and control, and/or verification and validation
  • Leadership experience with MBSE, architecture, and systems engineering principles.
  • Development experience on a government contractQualifications We Prefer
    • Good oral and written communication skills as well as good collaboration skills and the ability to work in a team environment
    • Experience in Satellite Command/Control and knowledge of satellite, ground systems, and test/integration processes (preferred).
    • Strong soft skills, including emotional intelligence, customer engagement, and communication.
    • Experience in leading programs or projects from start to finish
    • Proven ability to lead teams through significant changes and transformations and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
    • Experience with Agile tool sets (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, etc.)
    • Experience working with requirements in DOORS or other requirements databases, MBSE, CAMEO or Agile/Scrum (a plus).
    • Experience working in DevOps and/or DevSecOps in an Agile development environmentWhat We Offer:

          • Location Information: - This position is for an onsite role at our Aurora, CO (Denver area) campusThe salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
