Auto Body Technician for High Quality Body Shop We are a local and family-owned dealership not a huge corporation. You, as an individual, will count when working with us. We have an immediate opening at Christopher's Dodge Ram for an auto body technician. This person will be accountable for repairing vehicles in a safe and timely manner. We have a low turnover and are adding another technician. The ideal candidate will have previous auto body experience working with a variety of manufacturers, be a reliable employee, exhibit teamwork, and add value to our organization. Responsibilities: Perform auto body repairs – Tasks include remove and replace or repair damaged components, inspections, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations. Conduct diagnostic procedures – Assist estimator with estimates and supplements. Manage paperwork – Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records. Maintain cleanliness - Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety. Preferred Requirements: ● 3+ years of auto body technician experience ● Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment a must ● Willingness to participate in in-house and I-Car training ● Ability to operate all auto body repair tools ● Excellent listening and communication skills You will be eligible for employee benefits after only 30 days.
