The Role
As Senior Finance Analyst, you play a vital role in supporting the Treasury & Business Planning team with financial planning and analysis capability to support decision making and performance. Reporting to the Head of Treasury & Business Planning, the goal of the Senior Financial Analyst is to help determine the best use of resources to achieve the University's objectives and be involved in the maintenance of a long-term financial model and scenario planning looking ten years ahead. You will support with the financial analysis of new investments/initiatives, cashflow forecasting, working capital and debt management and Treasury monitoring.
The Successful Candidate
Strong analytic and data gathering skills alongside excellent IT and excel skills.
Proven experience of financial modelling techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present financial information to non-finance staff in an effective way.
Experience of University accounting.
