Military veterans and spouses are encouraged to apply. Opportunity: We are seeking P&C active producer/agents to provide customer service for our Property & Casualty personal line products. As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will answer member calls and emails and interact across multiple contact channels to provide advice on quotes, underwriting, policy changes, billing, and coverage provisions. Work schedules may include weekends.

• Facilitate member experience by answering phone calls, emails, and requests.
• Provide advice and solutions for insurance products and services.
• Evaluate member needs and offer diagnostic solutions.
• Efficiently operate in a contact center environment.
• Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations. Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services, or direct customer service/sales experience.
  • P&C producer agent license and registration within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with multiple business applications. Preferred:
    • Active personal lines or P&C license.
    • Military experience.
