Job Description:
Johnson Controls is seeking a dynamic and proactive Life Safety
Service Sales Executive to join our Fire Alarm Sales Team. This
role is pivotal in driving the growth of our fire safety solutions
across various markets, ensuring enhanced building safety and
compliance. As a global leader in smart building technologies,
Johnson Controls is dedicated to innovation and excellence. The
successful candidate will leverage their expertise in fire
protection and sales acumen to expand our customer base and achieve
sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote
fire alarm systems and services to new and existing customers.
Collaborate with clients to identify their specific fire safety
requirements and tailor solutions that enhance building efficiency
and compliance. Nurture strong relationships with building owners,
contractors, and consultants to position Johnson Controls as a
partner of choice. Stay abreast of industry regulations and
technology trends to ensure our offerings meet the highest
standards of safety and innovation. Lead negotiations and close
deals by effectively communicating the value proposition of our
fire protection solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams,
including technical support and customer service, to ensure client
satisfaction and repeat business. Participate in trade shows,
workshops, and seminars to represent Johnson Controls and expand
our industry presence. Strong understanding of fire alarm systems
and associated regulatory standards. Proven sales experience, with
the ability to negotiate and close deals. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving
capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple
projects effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance NICET certification in Fire Alarm Systems is highly
desirable.
