Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to
represent our various lines of products and services. This position
is responsible for selling capital equipment solutions, including
machine guarding equipment, industrial fans, modular wall and
curtain systems, mezzanines, lift tables, in-plant offices, and
related products. Our customer base includes organizations
operating facilities with loading docks, with an emphasis on
Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an
outside sales position responsible for growing existing accounts,
prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new
products and solutions within the assigned territory. This role
supports a Colorado-based territory and requires regular travel
throughout the state. While classified as an outside sales role,
this position operates in a full-cycle sales capacity, encompassing
prospecting, quoting, account management, and end-to-end ownership
of the customer relationship for in-plant capital equipment
solutions. In return for your efforts, we offer a base salary plus
uncapped commission, with commissions calculated on the gross
profit of closed deals after training and a ramp-up period of
shadowing to then hit the ground running! Successful candidates
will bring: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at
least 3 years of proven outside sales success in an industrial or
commercial setting, preferably within material handling Direct
experience selling or supporting material handling equipment and
solutions (e.g., forklifts, racking, conveyors, automation, or
warehouse systems) The ability to engage confidently with customers
on the plant floor or warehouse, identifying operational challenges
and recommending practical, value-driven solutions Strong
communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the
ability to influence decision-makers from operators to senior
leadership A solid mechanical aptitude and comfort discussing
technical products, specifications, and system capabilities The
ability to interpret technical documentation such as drawings,
specifications, or facility layouts is preferred. In-depth
knowledge of your assigned territory and customer base, with the
ability to build and execute strategic territory and account plans

The hiring range for this position in Denver, Colorado is
$76,600.00-$114,950.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The
number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business
needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account
internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's
geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
among other factors. A bonus opportunity may be provided as part of
the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits
including medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, disability,
a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, and PTO/vacation.
