fast-growth client that is redefining communications for critical
and enterprise operations. Their purpose is to keep people

hard-to-destroy technology for the people who expect security and
performance that never wavers—in defense, industry, and everywhere
critical decisions happen. Our client needs Field Engineers to work
on the front lines, ensuring that the U.S. Air Force Global Strike
Command (AFGSC) maintains resilient, survivable communication nodes
across critical ICBM mission sets. As a Field Engineer, you will be
working outside supporting installations, and be responsible for
the deployment, configuration, and long-term reliability of our
client, SEMPRE’s nodes directly on or near Air Force Bases. You are
the face of our technology to the warfighter, combining deep
technical execution with high-level professionalism. What your day
could involve. Deployment & Integration: Provide field-level
technical support for the installation, configuration, operations,
and maintenance of communications and Sensor systems, including
Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) . Operations and
Maintenance: Support troubleshooting of radar, RF detection, EO/IR,
and command-and-control components across multiple vendor
platforms. Conduct preventative maintenance, system health checks,
and firmware/software updates for all supported systems.
Installation and Support: Install, configure, and maintain RF
detection and tracking systems. Assist with the setup, calibration,
and sustainment of sensor payloads and detection systems.
Reporting: Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and
configuration documentation. Client Liaison: Act as the technical
point of contact for USAF personnel, providing on-site support and
clear communication regarding system status. Quality Assurance:
Ensure all installations meet SEMPRE’s rigorous standards for EMP
hardening and cybersecurity protocols. Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, Network Engineering, or a closely related technical
field. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for access to
sensitive military installations and clearance eligibility).
Technical Aptitude: Hands-on experience in some of these areas: RF
spectrum monitoring and detection platforms, IP networking,
troubleshooting Linux/Windows-based systems, and remotely deployed
hardware. Communication: Ability to translate complex technical
concepts into "plain English" for diverse stakeholders. The "SEMPRE

license: A current driver’s license is required and must be

mission. Compensation: The compensation for this role is based on
experience, qualifications, and location, and is designed to be

and grow. The anticipated salary range is $55K-$80K plus bonus.
