Sterile Processing Tech Location: Scottsbluff, NE Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $800 to $960 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00/Hourly. Shift: Day/Evening 5x8, 4x10 - Hour Summary: The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for decontaminating, inspecting, assembling, sterilizing, and distributing surgical instruments and medical equipment. This role is essential to patient safety and infection prevention and requires strict adherence to regulatory and quality standards. Responsibilities: Decontaminate, clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays. Operate sterilization equipment (steam, low-temperature, and other methods) according to protocols. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of sterile supplies. Monitor sterilization cycles and maintain accurate documentation and logs. Requirements Requirements: 3 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, CSPDT (CBSPD)/CRCST (HSPA-IAHCSMM), Level II or Level I trauma center experience, Strong orthopedic and robotic skills for processing.
