Billion globally by 2028. About this role We are seeking a senior,
highly credible operator to serve as the embedded execution leader
across our 3PL warehouse network. Your job will be to ensure that
our existing warehouse partnerships are executing at the highest
possible level every day—operationally, technically, and
strategically. You will work directly with our partners, our team,
and our brands You will live at the intersection of: Brand
Partnerships Warehouse floor reality Our software platform in
production Cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering,
Implementation, and Growth Ultimately, you will be responsible for
ensuring that our brand resale businesses are actually working at
scale. What you'll do Be the execution bridge between warehouse &
customers on the ground at our warehouses. Create scaleable systems
and process to work across many points of contact at our customers,
Archive, and our 3PL partners. Diagnose a range of issues including
WMS usage gaps, data integrity issues, workflow mismatches, and
systemic process friction. Partner with Head of Resale Ops to
enhance, deliver, and maintain our 3PL software offerings Attend
customer facing calls as an advisor/escalation point to help
customers get the most out of our 3PL relationships. Support
customer and prospect visits to 3PLs. Creation and ownership of
customer facing scorecard focused on operational and commercial
success. Work closely with Growth and Implementation teams to make
proactive inventory recommendations, unblock issues, and prioritize
3PL resourcing across our customers. Be the voice of 3PL
stakeholder - Serve as the real-world feedback loop between
production warehouses and Engineering/Product - Translate warehouse
reality into actionable product requests. Support 3PL partners to
reduce performance bottlenecks and process breakdowns. Partner
directly with floor managers, supervisors, and ops leads at our
3PLs. Ensure consistent operational execution across the network
What we are looking for 7 years in logistics, marketplace ops,
supply chain, or warehouse systems - Experience working directly
with 3PLs, floor operations, and WMS tools Strong Experience
working with, implementing, and improving software products Clear
communicator with engineers, non-technical stakeholders, partners,
and customers Experience scaling systems and process to allow for
many stakeholders to stay up to date efficiently Ability to
independently identify technical issues and interpret data
discrepancies to drive resolution. Proven ability to work directly
with external customers, acting as an expert advisor to guide
customers down the path to business value Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with comfort operating
amid ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving processes.
Willingness to walk the floor / be hands on in order to fully
understand what is happening across each of our customers and to
fully support our 3PLs needs Willingness to be highly on-site in
Denver and travel regularly across our network Demonstrated ability
of implementing business strategies across logistics networks Bonus
experience Previous resale experience, including familiarity with
reverse logistics, recommerce operations, secondary marketplaces,
or circular business models. Strong sense of what buyers/sellers
need Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which
include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and
competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In
addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible for equity as
well, and all employees are eligible for a full benefits package
including employee and dependent healthcare and 401(k) enrollment.
Our team of over 50 employees is currently remote-first, with an
office in NYC and optional in-person work for those located in the
area. We have company offsites twice a year to bring the full team
together in person, and occasional travel is expected as part of
